Shakib was at number 3 position today (21 January, 2009) during the match against Zimbabwe. After winning the match Shakib was moved up to the number one position. For your information, Shakib has scored 22 runs in 24 bowls today. Though he couldn’t manage to pick up wickets today, he gave away just 24 runs (1 extra) in his 10 overs. In the last game he gave 11 runs in 10 overs and took 3 vital wickets. Shakib was also recently named Man of the Series in the Tri Nation Cup 2009. Shakib is also the number 12 bowler and number 34 batsmen in ODI rankings. He is the number 10 all-rounder in test cricket also.
